Lend a ski

1. 1Find the person. Tap Scan a QR code and scan the code in their confirmation email, or type their name in the search.
2. 2Hold the ski to the phone. The person’s card is already listening. No tag? Choose the ski from the list.
3. 3Confirm. Tap Confirm the loan. Done.

• This ski moves from…: It was out with someone else. Confirming moves it to this person.
• This ski cannot go out: Outside loan, other event, reserved, sold or retired. Pick another ski.
• Photograph the ID: Your brand asks for an ID photo before the first loan.
• No event today: The event only shows on its date. Call your admin.

Take a ski back

1. 1Hold the ski to the phone. Or tap it under On the slopes.
2. 2How is it? Good condition is already picked. Damaged or needs wax? Pick that instead.
3. 3Confirm. Confirm the return, or Return and lend another ski for a swap.

• Damage to report: Add where and a note. The ski goes to maintenance.
• Back to rotation: Once it is fixed or waxed. You have 5 seconds to Cancel. Needs signal.

No signal

1. 1Keep going. Lending and returns still work for people who signed up before you lost signal.
2. 2Watch the top bar. 3 waiting to sync means saved on the phone. It sends by itself.
3. 3Back in signal. Check for 2 to fix and sort those out. Reconnect within 48 hours.

• This needs a signal: Photos, Back to rotation, outside loans and new sign-ups wait for signal.

Tag won’t read

1. 1Is NFC on? Check in the phone’s settings (search “NFC”), then try again.
2. 2Use the camera. Tap Use the camera (QR code).
3. 3Type it. Type the number. The tag gets flagged so it can be replaced.

Android or iPhone

Before you leave home

1. 1App installed, signed in, brand picked.
2. 2On the day, open the event once with signal so the phone keeps a copy.
