Does a season renew on its own?

No. A season ends on its last day. Nothing is charged for the next season until you buy it.

Can I change plans?

Brand to Brand Plus: right away, you pay the difference for the months left. Brand Plus to Brand: at your next season.

How can I pay?

By card, or by SEPA Direct Debit for seasons in euros. Upfront, or in two payments: half at the start, half at mid-season.
